I’m on my Ambien tonight so that I can get to sleep in time for waking up at 6. While I wait to fall asleep, I like to watch TV shows and tonight’s pick is Stargate SG-1. This altered state of my mind helps with my choice to be a director because this allows me to see through a window where the focus is upon the details, the background that allows the foreground to play as realistically as it needs.

Also, I’m just happy to be getting the first good trip in a while.
